My mom and day are SUPER religious and think that dating is pointless, that you should have your first kiss on the alter, when you are getting married! I think that they are being extremely unreasonable. I asked if it was okay to date a Christian at age 16 and of course, they said no. what do you think. Is it okay?

Question by : Christian girls, would you date an agnostic guy?
I was a Christian until the age of 22 (the age which I still am). I am now an agnostic. However, I still live my life in a manner similar to many Christians (I don’t smoke, get drunk, have casual sex). This, I still find myself attracted to Christian girls. So, my question for you is: would you date a non-Christian guy if he was faithful and treated you right?

I personally wouldn’t. I feel like a Christian guy with all the similar traits would help me with my walk with Christ while a non-Christian one obviously wouldn’t.

I am a Prostestant Christian and I have fallen fast and hard for a girl who is a Mormon. In my head I feel it will never work and I shoudln’t invest my time, effots and heart because both of us will probably be hurt in the end. But I want to know what others believe about this topic.
