Question by diamondgirl428: As a teen Christian, is it okay to date?
My mom and day are SUPER religious and think that dating is pointless, that you should have your first kiss on the alter, when you are getting married! I think that they are being extremely unreasonable. I asked if it was okay to date a Christian at age 16 and of course, they said no. what do you think. Is it okay?

Heck Yes. There is nothing wrong with it. God would want you to find someone you like/love to be around .

Question by Karl L: Why are Christian women single in my area?
I notice many of my female christian friends in my area are single and have never been in a relationship, is there a reason for this? They are devout christians, all young 20 somethings, very attractive looking and well rounded women. They do not seem to have an interest in Christian/ local men for some reason but in foreign men. Could anyone explain why this is? Is there something about Christian men that is unattractive to the women perhaps or is it this area i live in. I live in a rural part of Pennsylvania by the way if that helps.

Maybe they have high standards for being devout Christians and no-one right now is meeting up to those standards because they might be very very particular. I mean sometimes they just like to wait for the RIGHT ONE to come along and they’ll wait however long they have to.

Question by Miss Dementia: What is a “Christian loan”?
and why are the Christians apparently intent on loaning me money and finding me a “Christian single” to date with?
I get a lot of spam about this (and the Christian singles) and I can’t see any difference between a Christian loan and a secular loan, so they obviously are charging interest. Are they not supposed to do so? I know Muslims aren’t supposed to charge interest and Muslim loans are therefore interest-free. They have special banks set up and everything. Since this doesn’t seem to be the case with the Christian loans, exactly what makes the loan “Christian”?
(and what is the deal with the Christian singles and why do they want a Nordic Heathen wench? What have you people heard?!?)
I fail to see how asking about my spam is an accusation, but OK. No, I won’t post my spam. If you want to message me your email addy, I’ll be glad to forward it to you though.
Badwolf, actually, we prefer “Heathen” with the capital “H”. Technically, I’m Forn Sed, a type of Germanic Heathenism from the Scandinavian area that is more folketro than Asatru. We’ve taken ownership of the word, use it to differentiate between ourselves and other followers of very old, indigenous faiths and don’t consider it derogatory at all. I’m not sure it ever really was a derogatory word unless you were a Christian, in which case someone implying you were not would be quite the insult.

Sources, please. If you’re going to make some accusations (which is what this really is), you need to present some evidence to support your phony allegations. This is just one more in a long line of hypocritical straw men with no basis in reality!
